Refund policy
Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Please note that opened or used items, or items not in their original packaging, will not be accepted for return due to strict hygiene regulations.
If a parcel is returned to La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness due to:
- Ordering the wrong item
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
The customer will be responsible for a $15 handling and re-delivery fee.
Exemptions from Returns
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Personal hygiene products (intimate or sanitary goods)
- Cosmetics
- Soaps
- Deodorants
- Toothpaste
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email info@labellezaau.com with a screenshot of your proof of purchase.
Returned products will be assessed, and you will be notified within 3–9 business days whether your return has been approved.
Failure to follow the return process may result in rejection of the return. Such items will not be sent back or refunded.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@labellezaau.com with clear photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement and cover return shipping costs.
To receive reimbursement for return shipping, please provide a lodgement receipt, which will be refunded with your order adjustment.
Please note: A replacement will only be issued once the incorrect item has been returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome via email within 3–9 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition (e.g. damaged, leaking, or missing parts not caused by us)
- Returns requested after the 7-day return window
- Parcels lost in transit
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
- Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We only replace items if they are incorrect or faulty.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
