Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regrettably cannot provide a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging. Please note that opened or used items, as well as those not in their original packaging, will not be accepted for return due to strict hygiene regulations.
If a parcel is returned to La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness due to ordering the wrong item or providing an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for an additional handling and postage fee of $15 for re-delivery.
Exemptions from Returns
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including personal hygiene products such as intimate or sanitary goods, cosmetics, soaps, deodorants, and toothpaste.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@labellezaau.com with a screenshot of your proof of purchase. Returned products will be assessed, and you will be notified within 3-9 business days whether your return has been accepted.
Please note: Failure to adhere to the return process may result in your return being rejected. Such items will not be sent back or reimbursed in accordance with our policy.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@labellezaau.com with digital pictures of the item. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the return shipping costs. To receive a refund for return shipping, please include a screenshot of the lodgment receipt, and we will adjust this amount from the original payment for your order.
Note: We will only process a replacement once the incorrect item has been shipped back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your return. This process typically takes 3-9 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Items not in their original condition (e.g., leakage during transit or damaged/missing parts not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery due to a change of mind or other reasons
- Parcels lost in transit
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.
4. If you have completed the above steps and still don’t see your refund, please contact us at info@labellezaau.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty, so please make your purchases with care, as final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if we have sent you the wrong product.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.Â
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
