Shipping and Order Cancellation Policy

All parcels are shipped from NSW, Australia, within approximately 5 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping location. If there are any shipping delays, Australia Post will notify customers within 72 hours.

Please note that average delivery times apply to metropolitan areas.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update, as there can be a delay between packing and the initial scan when the package is out for delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, it is considered final. Changes to products, discount codes, or shipping details cannot be guaranteed once order confirmation is sent, as our customer service team may take up to 2-3 business days to respond to inquiries due to high volumes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct before confirming the order.

If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so online through the Australia Post app or website. Please ensure that all details are accurate before placing your order.

If you mistakenly place an order and wish to return it, you must send the item back in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the parcel. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and store credit will be issued for returned products once we receive the item. Please note that return shipping costs cannot be credited.

Orders may be canceled at any time due to payment authorization issues, insufficient stock, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate by La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness. La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness reserves the right to decline or cancel any order.

Shipping Costs
- Free Express Shipping is available for orders over $200.
- A shipping fee will apply to orders below $125.

The estimated delivery time provided in the tracking link you receive via email does not account for order processing time. We are an online-only retailer and do not offer pickup options.

The final order value is calculated after promotional codes are applied.

We offer both Authority to Leave and Signature Required shipping options. While our delivery service will make every effort to accommodate these requests, availability is subject to factors such as address type, weather conditions, and traffic visibility.

Please be aware that shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays, or extreme weather events. Additionally, regional and rural deliveries may require extra time. Shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.

We do deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If you are using a Parcel Locker, please ensure you include the street address of the locker location.

Authority to Leave: This option allows the delivery driver to leave your package at the designated premises if no one is available to receive it. This overrules the need for a signature. Once delivery is completed, La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items left on the property, nor for parcels exposed to adverse weather conditions. We advise selecting "Signature Required" if there is no safe place to leave the parcel or if weather conditions may damage it.

Signature Required: This option requires the driver to obtain a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the address to accept the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest post office for pickup.

Important Notes
For the shipping address, we strongly recommend using a location where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours, Monday to Friday. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel only if it is deemed safe to do so; otherwise, you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from an alternate location.

If a parcel is returned to La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness due to being unclaimed or sent to an incorrect address, the customer will incur a $15 handling and shipping fee for re-delivery. If you prefer a refund for the returned parcel, a $15 deduction will be made from the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling and postage fees. La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not provide replacement packages.

La Belleza AU Skin & Wellness is not liable for undelivered parcels, those delivered to the incorrect address, or lost or stolen packages, except when such incidents occur during transit. We provide tracked shipping for most orders, and the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be regarded as confirmation of delivery.

Please confirm that your address is correct in your order confirmation email to avoid any need for redirection.

If your tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the courier within 24 hours to locate your package.

During sale periods, additional time may be required to receive your order. Shipping times are estimates provided by our couriers and can vary based on location and other external factors.

We are unable to cancel or refund orders due to postal delays. The timeframes provided are not guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. 

We strive to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please note that we can only offer estimated delivery dates from our carriers. On rare occasions, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
