Shipping policy

Shipping Information

All parcels are shipped from NSW, Australia, within approximately 1–5 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on location and Australia Post service conditions.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates apply mainly to metropolitan areas and are provided as a guide only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and processing begins immediately.

Changes to products, discount codes, or shipping details cannot be guaranteed after checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order information is correct before placing the order.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $200
  • Standard shipping fees apply for orders under $125

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout after discounts are applied.


Address Changes

Address changes may not be possible once an order has been placed. Customers may attempt to update their address directly via Australia Post where available.


Authority to Leave & Signature Delivery

Authority to Leave

Parcels may be left at the delivery address without a signature. Once marked as delivered, La Belleza AU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or weather-damaged parcels.

Signature Required

A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office.


Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts

A $15 handling and re-delivery fee will apply.

Alternatively, if a refund is requested, a $15 deduction will be applied to cover handling costs (excluding original shipping fees).


Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, or high-volume periods.

If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact Australia Post within 24 hours.

We do not issue refunds for shipping delays.
