Cancellation policy

At La Belleza AU, we offer limited cancellation options depending on the type of purchase. Please read carefully before placing your order.


General Orders (Standard Products)

We allow order cancellations only within 24 hours of purchase.

Customers may request a cancellation by contacting us at:

Please include your full name and order number.

After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as they may already be processed, packed, or prepared for dispatch.

No exceptions will be made outside this timeframe.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout. Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless prepaid.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

To cancel or modify your subscription, please use the links provided in your order confirmation email or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

Pre-Orders

By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.

Pre-orders may require:

  • Full payment upfront, or
  • Partial deposit at checkout

Once a pre-order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, regardless of payment status.

All pre-orders are non-cancellable due to allocation and reserved stock commitments.
