In our store, certain items may be available through subscriptions, pre-order options. This cancellation policy outlines how to change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel or modify your subscription, simply use the links included in your order confirmation emails. You can manage your subscription from there. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our returns policy.
Pre-orders
By purchasing a pre-order, you are acquiring a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may either collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment upfront. We will then store your payment information and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date when the item is fulfilled.
Please note that once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or amended, regardless of whether it has been partially or fully paid. All pre-orders are considered final orders. For details regarding returns and refunds, please consult our returns policy.
